A dealership working a test-drive enquiry list is doing telemarketing, and Cabinet Resolution 56 of 2024 treats an AI voice the same way it treats a human one. Calls go out between 09:00 and 18:00, from a line registered to the dealership’s own trade licence, after the list has been screened against the TDRA’s Do Not Call Registry (DNCR).
